1. Description :
STR08 series Glass Double Pencil Edging Machine suitable for grinding two edges of furniture glass , architectural glass and electrical appliance
glass etc. it has characters of rapid speed, high brightness of glass polishing edges .The machine adopts high precision transmission structure with
two linear guiding bars and two ball bearing guide screw. It is equipped with Inovance PLC system on the electric control part,and superior touch screen interface operation system. Inovance variable
frequency speed control system etc.Suitable for large quantities of glass fine grinding edging processing.

2.  Structure Features:
1. The Schneider PLC control system, operation KunLun Tongtai MCGS 10.7 inch bright color touch screen interface, operation is simple and convenient;Diagnosis system is standard configuration.
2.Main transmission adopts the Delta quality frequency conversion servo motor, Inovance inverter, to ensure smooth operation;
3.Double Taiwan TBI ball screw and HIWIN linear guide rail slider, ensure that the width adjusting precision and speed, adjust the speed of 8m / min.
4.On the top arris, fine grinding head chamfer the synchronous motor automatically adjust the lift height same as glass thickness. Ensure that the glass thickness changed, chamfer width invariant.
5.Upper & lower conveying belt MEGADYNE Italy MEGADYNE synchronous belt, synchronous driving; the upper and lower beam and large regulating range of 0~160mm grinding wheel, convenient replacement and maintenance.
6.MCGS 10.7 inch touch screen display clearly the working parameters, equipment such as faults, software can guide the operator through the prompt to solve the problem, the control system of automatic setting machine into the work.
