The machine is designed with PLC systen, which is mainly used for grinding glass bevel edge. The front rail can be moved up and down to adjust grinding small size of glass.The machine is designed for process small size glass and big size glass .It adopts short pitch roller chain and steel plate to clamp glass,the steel plate have been processed with special forging hot processment.The machine adoptsCDQC or ABB motor with high precision, few energy consumption, strong stability.Adopt timing belt transmission to input and output glass. Rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing of glass bottom and bevel edge are completed at one time. The machine has high processing precision, good quality, stable performance, easy operation and low loss characteristics.

This machine is designed for grinding/polishing glass bevel edge, with bottom edge grinding. 
Conveyors use chain transmitting system, which consist of anti-friction rubber pads with NO.40# forging sheet steel bone.  This structure guarantee glass is stably moved.  The working precision is high.
Timing belt transfer glass, which has a stable transportation.
Grinding wheels are driven by high precision  CDQC motors.
